Chaweng Noi, Lamai, Bophut, Maenam in Koh Samui and Hua Thanon area is on process.

Our team will be there for check-in process, and hand the villas’ key to guest upon arrival.

Cleaning fee will be charged upon guest confirm the reservation, this fee will be responsible by guest. The cleaning service will operate in every 4-day-stay, and cleaning with change bedsheet in every 7-day-stay. In case that guest stay shorter than 4 days, the cleaning service will be in the middle of stay. 

We will collect guests’ accommodation payment to our bank account, we will prepare the monthly report with all details, which is booking lists, maintenance jobs, upcoming reservation. Then deduct our commission and make a monthly transfer to your account.

Our maintenance team will work for it. However, if some issue is required specialist team, then the quotation will be proposed. The job will be proceeded after your quotation approval.
